Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the 20th installment of the Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme today i.e. on August 2. PM Modi transferred Rs 20.84 crore as the 20th installment to the accounts of 9.7 crore farmers from Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Earlier, the 19th installment of the PM-KISAN scheme was released on February 24.
