Tiger Woods has officially confirmed his relationship with Vanessa Trump, the former daughter-in-law of Donald Trump, through a heartfelt post on social media. On Sunday, Woods shared two photos on X (formerly Twitter), expressing his love and appreciation for Vanessa. “Love is in the air, and life is better with you by my side! We look forward to our journey through life together,” he wrote, also requesting privacy for their loved ones. One photo showed the couple together, while another captured them relaxing in a hammock with Vanessa’s arm draped over Woods’ chest.
Vanessa Trump was previously married to Donald Trump Jr. for 12 years, with whom she shares five children. Recently, Woods and Vanessa were seen together at Torrey Pines in San Diego, where Woods was hosting the Genesis Invitational and presenting the trophy.
Interestingly, Vanessa’s daughter, Kai, attends The Benjamin School, the same school as Woods’ children, Sam and Charlie. Recently, Kai and Charlie competed together in a junior golf tournament.
Known for his preference for privacy, Woods has rarely shared personal updates publicly. This post is reminiscent of a similar one from 2013, when he confirmed his relationship with skier Lindsey Vonn. Back then, Woods explained that by posting photos himself, he could reduce the value of paparazzi shots and curb media speculation.
Woods, 48, has two children with his ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, whom he divorced in 2010 after his extramarital affairs were exposed. His most recent relationship was with Erica Herman, which ended in 2022 and led to legal disputes, although those cases were later dropped.
In addition to his personal news, Woods recently revealed that he ruptured his left Achilles tendon on March 11, ruling him out of the Masters and possibly the rest of the golf season.
