The Teen Porsche driver who killed two in Pune will not be able to drive till he turns 25. On the day of the accident he visited two pubs where he shelled out Rs 48,000 in less than ninety minutes before the boy slammed his luxury car into a bike on Sunday, killing two people right away.

Just hours before the accident, the accused teen went to two pubs, the Cosie restaurant and the Hotel Blak Club, and was given alcohol. These two bars and eateries are allegedly under investigation for violating the law by providing alcohol to underage customers, according to sources.

The first pub the teenager and his friends went to, Cosie, at 10.40 p.m. on Saturday, was where the entire Rs 48,000 bill was paid, according to a report that quoted Pune police commissioner Amitesh Kumar.

On the Pune district collectorate’s orders, the Maharashtra excise department sealed the two restaurants on Tuesday where the 17-year-old accused was allegedly served alcohol.

According to police, the accused juvenile went to the two restaurants on the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday with his friends between 9.30 pm and 1 am and allegedly consumed alcohol.

Thus far, the Pune Police has taken into custody four restaurant executives and the father of a seventeen-year-old boy for giving alcohol to the minor.

In an unexpected decision, the Juvenile Justice Board gave the child bail that same day and ordered him to compose an essay about car crashes. The choice has come under fire.

The 17-year-old boy who killed two young IT professionals when he crashed his Porsche car into a bike has been prohibited from obtaining a driver’s license by the Maharashtra Transport Department until he turns 25.

Additionally, according to state transport officials, the Porsche Taycan’s permanent registration has been delayed since March due to the owner’s failure to pay a Rs 1,758 fee.
