Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday launched schemes worth Rs 13000 crore for Bihar from Gayaji. In his 34-minute speech at the Magadh University campus, he targeted Congress and RJD. He listed the achievements of the government. He also talked about terrorism and infiltration.
