The Supreme Court has agreed to hear next week a petition filed by BJP MP Nishikant Dubey, alleging critical remarks made by him about the apex court and Chief Justice of India (CJI) Sanjiv Khanna. The matter was asked to be listed immediately before a bench of Justices BR Gavai and Augustine George Masih.
