The weather department has issued an alert of thunderstorm and rain in 17 states including Madhya Pradesh, UP, Bihar today. There is a warning of dust storm in Rajasthan. The effect can be seen till Delhi. There may be rain with thunder and lightning in 47 districts of UP for the next 24 hours. There is also a possibility of hailstorm along with lightning.
