US President Donald Trump on Monday announced to increase tariffs on 14 countries including Bangladesh and Japan. India’s name is not in this. The Trump administration on Monday formally informed all the affected countries about this decision by sending a letter. Under this decision, a 25% tax has been imposed on some countries, while a heavy duty of 30% to 40% has been imposed on some.
