There was a cloudburst at two places in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh on Wednesday. Jiva Nala in Sainj valley overflowed and the cloudburst in Brahmaganga of Manikaran caused the water level of rivers and streams to rise suddenly. A car fell into a canal in Haldwani, Uttarakhand on Wednesday morning. Four out of seven people died. This includes a three-day-old baby.
