The Waqf Amendment Bill 2025 was introduced in the Lok Sabha today. Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju introduced it for discussion in the House after the Question Hour in the afternoon. Speaker Om Birla has set a time of 8 hours for discussion on the bill. Out of this, NDA has been given 4 hours and 40 minutes, the rest of the time has been given to the opposition.
