The Supreme Court has rejected the apology of Madhya Pradesh minister Kunwar Vijay Shah, who made a controversial statement on Indian Army officer Colonel Sofia Qureshi. However, his arrest has also been banned. Along with this, a Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been formed to investigate the case. It will have three IPS officers and all will be from outside the Madhya Pradesh cadre.
