The special plane bringing Tahawwur Rana, the accused of 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, from America to India has reached Delhi. The plane landed at Delhi’s Palam Technical Airport. From here, Tahawwur will be taken directly to the NIA headquarters. Tight security arrangements have been made outside the NIA headquarters.
