The Election Commission filed an FIR against Union Minister Rajiv Ranjan, also known as Lallan Singh, in Patna on Tuesday. He is accused of violating the model code of conduct. On Monday, Lallan Singh campaigned for JDU candidate and strongman leader Anant Singh. A video of him addressing the crowd went viral.
