The Bangladesh government has banned the broadcast of the IPL in the country. The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting issued directives to this effect on Monday. The directives stated that the BCCI had decided to exclude Bangladeshi cricketer Mustafizur Rahman from the Kolkata Knight Riders team for the Indian Premier League (IPL), which is scheduled to begin on March 26.
