The Supreme Court on Monday refused to issue any order on the petition to impose President’s rule in Bengal and deploy paramilitary forces. The petitioner had appealed that the court should take a decision on this after the Murshidabad violence against the Waqf law. The bench of Justice BR Gavai and Justice AG Masih did not give any order on this.
