The Supreme Court is hearing the petitions challenging the validity of the Waqf (Amendment) Act for the second consecutive day on Wednesday. Solicitor General (SG) Tushar Mehta, on behalf of the Centre, told the court that no one can have any right on government land, even if it is on the basis of ‘Waqf by User’.
