The film, produced by Aamir Khan, reunites Zinta with co-star Sunny Deol, marking their collaboration on several successful projects in the past.

Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Rajkumar Santoshi, “Lahore 1947” boasts a stellar ensemble cast, including veteran actress Shabana Azmi. Santoshi revealed that Azmi’s character holds significant importance in the narrative, adding depth to the period drama. Furthermore, the film features musical maestro AR Rahman and esteemed lyricist Javed Akhtar, forming what Santoshi describes as his “dream team.”
