In the National Herald money laundering case, Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, along with the Gandhi family, have received major relief. The Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi has refused to take cognizance of the chargesheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). The ED had accused them of conspiracy and money laundering in the chargesheet. The court’s decision has brought relief to the Gandhi family.
