Russian President Vladimir Putin will arrive in India shortly. This is his first visit to India since the start of the war in Ukraine. Prime Minister Modi will host a private dinner in his honor this evening. Putin will be in India for approximately 30 hours. His visit coincides with the 25th anniversary of strategic relations between India and Russia.
