Russian President Vladimir Putin was greeted with a 21-gun salute at the presidential palace. He was then given a guard of honor. Shortly afterwards, he will visit Raj Ghat to pay tribute to Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Nation. Putin is accompanied by a large delegation of seven ministers.
