The RJD released its list of 143 candidates for the Bihar Assembly elections on Monday. Of these, five are seats where Congress has already fielded its candidates. In total, the Grand Alliance has fielded candidates against each other on 12 seats. October 20 is the last date for filing nominations for the second phase of the elections.
