RJD has expelled Afzal Ali Khan from the party in Darbhanga. He has been expelled for six years for not withdrawing his nomination from the Gaura Bauram assembly seat. Lalu Yadav had previously given Afzal Ali the party symbol for this seat. Despite the party’s request, Afzal Ali did not withdraw his nomination.
