Railways has announced to run a special train to provide a tour of famous pilgrimage places of South India. This train named ‘Dakshin Darshan Yatra’ will depart from Pathankot on 28th July and will take the passengers to major religious places like Rameswaram, Madurai, Kanyakumari, Markapuram and Tirupati. The aim of this 13-day tour is to promote religious tourism.
