Today is the fourth day of the winter session of Parliament. Opposition leader Rahul Gandhi, who arrived in the Lok Sabha to discuss Russian President Vladimir Putin’s visit to India, targeted the central government. He said, “The central government doesn’t want me to meet with foreign visitors. Modi and the Ministry of External Affairs don’t follow this rule.”
