Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Parliament of Ghana on Thursday. He said, “I feel proud to address this prestigious house today. It is a privilege to be in Ghana. This is a land filled with the spirit of democracy. Ghana is a centre of inspiration for the whole of Africa.” Modi said, “India is the mother of democracy. It is not a system for us, but a culture.”
