After the Ahmedabad accident, DGCA on Saturday ordered Air India to remove 3 officers. These include divisional vice president Chuda Singh, chief manager Pinky Mittal who handles crew scheduling, and Payal Arora who is involved in crew scheduling planning. This action was taken against the three officers for serious violation of aviation safety protocols.
