During his meeting with Russian President Putin at Hyderabad House, Prime Minister Modi stated that India is not neutral. India is in favor of peace. PM Modi said that the world needs peace once again and that India supports all efforts towards achieving it. More than 25 agreements are expected to be finalized between India and Russia on Friday.
