Prime Minister Narendra Modi celebrated Diwali with the sailors on board INS Vikrant in Goa on Monday. He had arrived there a day earlier. During this, he interacted with the sailors and gave a speech of about 40 minutes. He said, “Our Vikrant today is a big symbol of self-reliant India and Made in India.
