OPD hours have changed starting today at government hospitals and dispensaries in Punjab and Chandigarh. As a result, counters will open one hour late, while registration counters will open half an hour early. The administration says these instructions are in keeping with the winter season. The new orders will come into effect today (October 16), while emergency services will continue to operate 24 hours a day as usual.
