Heavy rains have once again caused havoc in Himachal Pradesh. Heavy rains last night have caused heavy damage in the capital Shimla, Mandi and other areas. Shimla recorded 141.0 mm of rain, three people of the same family died after being hit by a landslide in Bragta village of Nihari tehsil of Sundarnagar subdivision of Mandi district.
