The government has changed the PAN card rules. Aadhar card will be mandatory for applying for PAN card from July 1, 2025. If you do not have Aadhar, you will not be able to get a PAN card. The government says that this will curb tax evasion. Those who already have a PAN card will also have to link their PAN with Aadhar by December 31, 2025.
