Nitish Kumar has resigned as Chief Minister. Tomorrow, Thursday, he will be sworn in as Chief Minister for the 10th time. The swearing-in ceremony will take place at 1:30 pm at Gandhi Maidan. Two stages have been set up for the ceremony. PM Modi and the Chief Ministers of 11 states will also attend. Invitations have also been sent to 150 guests.
