The National Investigation Agency (NIA) will question Tahawwur Rana for the third day on Sunday. Voice samples of Tahawwur Rana, accused in the 2008 Mumbai terror attack, may be taken. The NIA will find out whether Tahawwur was giving instructions over the phone during the November 2008 attacks. Tahawwur’s consent will be necessary to take the voice sample.
