NEW DELHI: Climate activist Sonam Wangchuk, recently released from a six-month NSA detention, addressed the media in Delhi, terming the Centre’s outreach for dialogue a “win-win” development. Wangchuk emphasized that his personal freedom is secondary to Ladakh’s demands for statehood and the Sixth Schedule. He expressed hope that constructive negotiations would lead to a meaningful resolution, noting that the agitation’s core goal has always been peaceful dialogue.
