Union Agriculture and Rural Development Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan is visiting Ludhiana on Tuesday. He will inaugurate the newly constructed administrative building at the Indian Institute of Maize Research (IIMR) of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).
