Prime Minister Mark Carney’s Liberal Party won Canada’s federal election on Monday, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation said after initial vote counting trends emerged. The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation said the Liberals would win more seats in the 343-seat parliament than the Conservatives.
