Jammu and Kashmir Police has appealed to the people living in border villages not to rush back home and stay in safe places. In view of the threat of attack from Pakistan, more than 1.25 lakh people from Baramulla, Bandipora and Kupwara located near the Line of Control (LoC) were sent to safe places.
