Iran has warned the United States that if its ports are targeted, no port in the Persian Gulf or the Sea of Oman will remain safe. Iran’s military and the Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) stated that maritime security in the region is a shared responsibility of all nations. If security is not for everyone, it will be for no one.
