The Indian team for the T20 World Cup 2026 has been announced. On Saturday, at the BCCI headquarters in Mumbai, Secretary Devjit Saikia and Chief Selector Ajit Agarkar announced the squad in the presence of captain Suryakumar Yadav. Axar Patel has been appointed vice-captain, while Shubman Gill has been left out of the team.
