Indian Army personnel will be able to use social media apps again after a five-year ban. The ban, imposed in 2020, has been lifted with certain conditions. According to news agency ANI, under the new guidelines, soldiers will be able to view reels, photos, and videos on Instagram, although commenting is not permitted.
