India has refused to sign the joint statement at the meeting of the defense ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) held in Qingdao, China. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh participated in this meeting on Thursday on behalf of India. The terrorist attack in Pahalgam was not included in the joint statement, while the incident in Balochistan was included in it. Expressing displeasure over this, India did not sign the statement.
