After severe heat, heavy rain and lightning-storms were witnessed in the states of North India including UP-Bihar on Thursday. 13 people have died in the last 24 hours in UP. 6 people have died in Ayodhya, 5 in Barabanki, 1 each in Amethi and Basti due to lightning-storms. Today there is a rain alert in 37 districts of UP.
