MUMBAI: According to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), gold and silver prices saw another massive surge today. 24-carat gold increased by ₹1,700 to hit the ₹1.60 lakh per 10 grams mark. Silver recorded a staggering jump of ₹13,000, reaching a new record of ₹2.73 lakh per kg, driven by global market instability and rising safe-haven demand.
