Violent clashes broke out between Gen Z youth and workers of the ruling CPN-UML party in Bara, Nepal’s Madhesi province, on Wednesday. As the situation escalated, authorities imposed a curfew from 12:30 pm to 8 pm. Simra Airport operations were also temporarily suspended.
