NEW DELHI: A severe cold wave continues across North India, including Punjab, Delhi, and Rajasthan. Temperatures in all districts of Uttarakhand, Himachal, and Jammu & Kashmir have dropped below 10°C following fresh snowfall. The IMD predicts continued dense fog in the plains, with a new Western Disturbance expected to impact the region starting February 5.
