Russia’s economy is on the verge of recession. Economy Minister Maxim Reshetnikov said this at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. He said business and industry data show that the country is very close to recession. That is, inflation is rising, economic activity is slowing down, business is declining, and investment is stopping.
