A happy occasion in South Delhi was marred by sadness on Wednesday, when a gym owner was fatally stabbed just hours before his wedding. According to the police , 29-year-old Gaurav Singhal’s father Rangalal, who has been detained, is suspected of killing him.
According to the police, Rangalal killed Gaurav because he used to taunt him every day, which made him angry.

They said that Gaurav, the owner of the Fit Box gym, was fatally stabbed fifteen times in the face and chest at his Devli Extension home.

According to the police, the murder occurred just hours before he was set to tie the knot; his marriage was an arranged one.

There was blaring music as the guests waited for his wedding procession to start. But Gaurav was not present at the festivities.

The happy occasion quickly turned into one of sorrow and mourning as a frantic search soon found his body in the park.

According to Ankit Chauhan, the deputy commissioner of police for South Delhi, he was declared dead in a nearby hospital after being discovered in a blood pool at Raju Park early on Thursday.

Soon after, his father vanished, sparking a manhunt that ended with his quick capture by nightfall.
The victim’s relatives were taken aback by the arrest because they had previously ruled out any suspicion of foul play on their part.
