The man involved in the Delhi blast was Dr. Mohammad Umar Nabi, a resident of Pulwama. According to police sources, Umar blew himself up with explosives. Kashmir police have detained his mother and two brothers in Pulwama for DNA testing. His friend, Dr. Sajjad, and his father have also been detained in Pulwama.
