Cloudburst occurred in Rudraprayag, Chamoli and Tehri Garhwal districts of Uttarakhand on Thursday night. Two people are missing in Chamoli. Many families are trapped in their homes due to debris. There has been no loss of life in Tehri Garhwal, but houses have been damaged. The water level of Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers is continuously rising in Rudraprayag. Water has entered residential areas.
