The United States will now charge a $100,000 (approximately 8.8 million rupees) application fee for H-1B visas. President Donald Trump signed the order at the White House on Saturday. Previously, the application fee for H-1B visas ranged from 1 to 600,000 rupees. H-1B visas are non-immigrant visas that are awarded through a lottery.
