Chandigarh will observe a holiday tomorrow on account of Govardhan Puja and Vishwakarma Day. The Chandigarh Administration issued a notification on Tuesday (October 21st). All government offices, boards, and corporations in Chandigarh will remain closed during this period. Home Secretary Mandeep Brar issued orders in this regard.
